At Maryland Cyber Challenge Finals today at Baltimore Convention Center, Team Unallocated Space finished in what we believe was 3rd place in the Professional bracket. (They hid the scoreboard for the last half hour and only announced 1st and 2nd)
We are going to start a session to discuss InfoSec Challenges starting 7:30pm Monday, October 22nd, 2012 (http://www.meetup.com/Unallocated-Space/events/86846142/). We will be have a few members of the team discussing what they did to prepare, lessons learned, and some afterthoughts. The discussion will include John the Ripper, password cracking, as well as a review of what MDC3 entailed
